Sierra Pacific Crafts Show In SLC!

Last week was a busy one!  A Cherry On Top headed to the Sierra Pacific Crafts show which was held in Salt Lake City, Utah!

This is the first time we've made the journey to the SPC show and we're so glad we did!  Warning - this post will be image heavy.

Salt Lake City is absolutely beautiful!

We LOVE being in Michigan, but there's something special about being able to view these types of skylines everywhere you look!  

As always, the manufacturers did not disappoint with their product offerings for the upcoming releases!

One of our favorite parts of getting to visit our manufacturers is meeting the people we typically chat with via phone or email face to face!

It was also nice to take a bit of time to visit some of the amazing beautiful areas found in Temple Square!  Kristin and I soaked up some of the history and culture found in SLC.

CHA - Create - N- Connect Is Next Week!

Kristin and I are so excited to be traveling to Hot Vegas to attend the Create-n-Connect Conference next week!  Honestly, I always love this part of my job. Meeting with the manufacturers, designers and long time crafty-enthusiasts has a way of stoking our creative mojo!

CHA - Winter 2013 Wrap-Up!

We're Back From CHA!

For those not familiar with what CHA is - here's a little info:

'CHA' is an acronym for Craft and Hobby Association.  In general, the CHA hosts a conference and trade show twice each year.  The Winter 2013 conference took place in California - USA making the city of Anaheim 'the happiest place on earth' for more than one reason!

Manufacturers, retailers and various media gurus from all over the globe flock together to share new, soon-to-be-released products, inspiring ideas and tons of resources.  We ♥ CHA!

One of the highlights of the show has to be touching base with those friends we normally only visit with by phone or email.  Cynthia from Doodlebug Design, Inc. always has a smile and a hug ready!  She's incredible and she makes CHA that much more special!  

I wish I had time to take snap shots of all of the designers and manufacturers, but we were busy buying, buying, buying!
