Graphic 45 Reveal

Graphic 45's bold use of color and patterns may intimidate some, but Juliana demonstrates how amazing projects can look without being overwhelming!

Juliana used Graphic 45's 'On The Boardwalk' line which has an overall beach/seaside theme.  Although the patterned papers can be topic specific, Juliana shows how thinking outside of the box can open a whole new world of design to your album or project!

The Week In Review

Whew!  It's been a wild one here at ACOT!  I mean, we always seem to be busy, but for some reason this week was on another level!

New shipments from CHA have been arriving on a daily basis by the semi truck load.

Designer/Artist - Marah Johnson revealed some secrets during our Cherry Loft Chat on Monday.

Sus has been keeping the Message Board hopping with fun Challenges and Give-Aways!

And on top of everything else - I think the staff has a touch of SPRING FEVER!

It's been relatively warm and seriously sunny for this time of year here in Michigan.  Watching the months of snow accumulation melt through my office window sort of makes me want to get out and snap some pictures or find a swing to swing on!  Then again, I'd probably get my shoes all muddy.  Maybe I'll just keep peaking out that window for the time being.

There is always so much going on at ACherryOnTop.com!  Be sure you're signed up for our newsletter, follow us on Twitter or are an ACOT Fan on Facebook!  We're always announcing the newest product information, promotions free product giveaways and special events at ACOT!

You definitely will not want to miss the next few months here at ACOT!

Products pictured are from Basic Grey's Bling It line - new at ACherryOnTop.com .

This Week's CT Product Reveal!

This Week's submissions include scrapbooking with Jenni Bowling and My Mind's Eye along with a new way grab inspiration for your projects through fashion!

SarahA's 'The Stories' - Jenni Bowlin

SarahA's layout featuring her mother-n-law's mixing bowls really caught my eye.  I think my mom had a few of those, too!  It brought back warm memories of my mom's baking and yummy smells filling the air (I always loved it when it was my turn to 'lick' the bowl)!  Jenni Bowlin's 'Homespun' line works perfectly for this layout.

Sus' 'ACOT' - My Mind's Eye

I fell in love with the colors on Sus' layout using My Mind's Eye 'Lush' line.  The way the reds pop off the page when against the Kraft paper is just gorgeous.  When I noticed it was a layout ABOUT A Cherry On Top, I loved it even more!  :)

Beth gets her inspiration from every day life.  But when she needs an extra kick, Beth goes shopping!  Now, I'm not a shop-a-holic, but if you need an excuse to go shopping, I think preserving family memories is completely justifiable!

The pearl flower was created using KaiserCraft's Devonshire embellishment pack.  Check out Beth's gallery to see how she did it!

She's Retiring!

If you've placed an ACherryOnTop.com or StickersGalore.com order within the past eight or so years, chances are high it was packaged with care by Marilyn!

Marilyn - ACOT

We had a retirement party for Marilyn today.  We sat around reminiscing about the changes at ACOT during her time here.  And there have been plenty!  She was with us when we picked and shipped one order at a time.  She was here through both of our warehouse moves.  She was here before we even actually had a real warehouse!

Heidi, Marilyn & Kristin

Marilyn has been lovely through it all.  Her attentiveness to detail and her ability to do everything quickly always amazed us!  Whenever a new employee joined our ACOT family, she always took the time to give them extra attention.  She understood the importance of every shipment making it clear how much she truly cared about the
customer.

The ACOT crew had a blast 'decorating' her work station.  It was great to see her smile when she saw it!

She's one of a kind.  Help us wish Marilyn a happy retirement and let her know she can still visit us anytime!

Happy Retirement, Marilyn!

We're Stuffed!

Every year we try to prepare for the influx of products that begin to arrive after the CHA - Winter conference.

- Morning delivery -

'Try' being the operative word.  Kristin and I attempt to control ordering products in consideration of our warehouse space.  Our warehouse is large, but when you have over 28,000 unique products (some ordered by the hundreds), it's difficult to budget for the needed space!

But this time our customers were loud and clear about what they wanted.  We just had to get it all!  OK, most of it anyway!

One of the many rows of stuffed paper racks

Poor Becky and Michelle have been hard at work entering products into our data base and finding places to put them!  It's sort of like watching a giant 28,000+ piece puzzle get arranged and rearranged!

Racks and bins filled with embellishments

We're working to keep you informed about all of the new products that are coming in on a daily basis!  If you're not already subscribed to our newsletter, make sure you do!  Some of the New Arrivals are limited releases and only available while supplies last.

Once they're gone - they're gone!  We'll need the warehouse space for other products!

Happy Shopping!

An Elegant Line Of Products For Scrapbooking Your Wedding!

Juliana's Creative Team Reveal featuring K & Co.'s 'The Elegance' line is absolutely stunning!  You have to view the complete reveal that is posted on our Resources Page.

Juliana recommends the 'Elegance' line for wedding and anniversary scrapbooking pages.  The papers and embellishments would make beautiful invitations.

The intricate detail Juliana was able to incorporate into the above layout is amazing.  She simply cut out some of the flowers and swirls already present on the patterned paper.

Juliana is a genius at getting the most out of patterned papers and embellishments.  Learn how she does it HERE!

This Week's Creative Team Reveal!

Our terrific Creative Team has been at it again!  Always inspiring.  Always amazing!

The Digital Creative Team works with different time periods to insire their reveal layouts this week. This theme includes everything from the 1800's to the 1980's and beyond.

 Roaring 20's by davsar

Pam impresses us with her creations using Jenni Bowlin's Red & Black line:
The yellows, browns, greens and blacks in Basic Grey's 'Origins' line proves to be incredibly versatile.  Angela shows us how:

Jules was 'tickled pink' using SEI's new 'Juliette' line.  The colors boast those usually seen around the Valentine's holiday, but can be used to brighten up any craft project:

Wonderful job, team!
